Prices
Selectliving want to offer the best value around. So let us know if you see any of our products at a lower price elsewhere and we'll do our best to be more competitive.
The price quoted on our website will be charged to your card and is inclusive of delivery (see Shipping and Returns). Selectliving reserve the right to make price adjustments if it is discovered that the price is incorrect or to protect Selectliving from prices rises for reasons such as a supplier's price increase, new taxes and currency fluctuations. Selectliving will endeavour to contact you with details of the correct price and allow the cancellation of the order. If the goods have already been delivered and it becomes apparent that a mistake has occurred, within the legal definition of the law of mistake, Selectliving reserve the right to require a settlement of the price difference or for you to return the goods and provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Payment by Fax
Selectliving's fax number is (0191) 2095610. Please fax your order at any time and remember to include all revelant product details, option choices etc, your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number (if possible) and your debit / credit card details (including name on card, card valid from date, card expiry date, issue number [switch only], type of card, card number and security code).
Payment by Post
Selectliving.co.uk's address is PO Box 247, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE7 7WN. Please send your order and remember to include all revelant product details, option choices etc, your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number (if possible) and your debit / credit card details (including name on card, card valid from date, card expiry date, issue number [switch only], type of card, card number and security code).
Payment will be made before the order will commence. Should non payment arise any outstanding amount will be charged interest daily at 4% above Barclay Bank PLC base rate.
Security
To prevent fraud your password details and personal information are encrypted before being sent over the internet using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Credit Card companies offer general protection against fraud. Ask you credit card company for details on the level of protection they offer.
Receipts
We will dispatch printed confirmation of your order to the delivery address.

Selectliving want you to be happy with the service offerred. If anything is not to your satisfaction please email complaints@selectliving.co.uk. Our complaints handling procedure aims to be:

No credit facility is offered.
Title of the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full.
No goods are tested or sold as being fit for a specific purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.
If any condition in this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable it shall be deemed separate to the rest of the agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of the terms.
These terms and conditions and agreements herein entered into shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit any proceedings to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All images featured on our website are as representative of our product range as possible. please be aware that due to the varied settings of individual computers and monitors, colours etc may vary slightly from actual products offered.
International Orders
The shopping facilities offered on this site are intended for UK customers only and prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling only. Any online "purchases" made by non UK mainland customers are treated as enquiries only until confirmed and are subject to different handling costs and terms which will be supplied to the Customer for acceptance.
Any out of area delivery surcharges are also applied again in the event of a non delivery, customer return or cancellation after the goods have been dispatched. Cancellations before the goods are dispatched are treated as for UK customers.
Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
